GoodReads
Goodreads lets indie authors gain access to a massive audience of more than 55 million book lovers. Goodreads is a great place to promote your books. Register yourself as an author and make sure your books are listed. Learn more about there author program here.

Indie and Self-Published Author Support is a support group where indie and aspiring authors can ask questions, offer feedback and shamelessly promote their work. Indie author Lynn Hallbrooks has put together a platform where authors and readers can connect at Author Reader Cheerleader. There are insights and tools for indie authors to use and places for readers to visit. Per Lynn Hallbrooks' own words, "I am an author cheerleader because I understand the process of writing, publishing, and marketing. It isn't as easy and glamorous as it often looks. Over the years I've helped others because some people have helped me. I believe in "paying it forward" and you can too."
Smashwords
Smashwords, per their website, is the world's largest distributor of indie ebooks. It's a great way to expand distribution of your indie ebook. Learn more about Smashwords here.
